You will receive is an adapted live potted plant with culture material.

Handling time
After an order is received it will take 1 business day to be processed.
Holly days and weekends may affect the normal operation of shipping process, in this case we will contact our customers if we need to hold on the order.
Packaging
Our plants are shipped in recycled boxes, we wrap the plants with artificial cotton and paper to keep plants safe, free of any scratches on the leaves, then we put them in the box with chapped paper around it to keep it firm and secured.
Winter time
It is very important to take caution in this cool season, this is why we add a thermic layer wrapped on top of the paper layer mentioned before to keep it warm, plus a 90 hrs. heat pack, to warrantee it arrives in perfect conditions.
Shipping service
We ship our orders via USPS, priority mail (3-5 days to deliver). If our customers would like a different carrier, please email to Luis@usamazonplants.com to get the estimate cost and pay the additional fee if is necessary.
